Have you ever thought about customer service being an important part or you internet marketing business?
by implanting a good customer service to your internet marketing business you would be taking advantage of one of the most neglected element among a large number of businesses.
Good customer service not only retains old customers, but also brings you new ones which are recommended by the customers you gave good customer service to.
This is true for Any and EVERY business… from a law firm to the grocery store, customer service can make or brake a business. It can make or brake YOUR internet business.
Take the example of one of the largest store of the United States, Wal-Mart. There customer service is impeccable. You can return anything with or without your receipt you will be served. Why does Wal_Mart has such an easy going customer service? Because Wal-Mart understands that what you are returning is not worth your business. They know that you will always buy MORE than you will return.
What does all this has to do with network marketing or affiliate marketing for that matter? It has everything to do with it. When I sell One Week Marketing, Wealthy Affiliate Tutorial or Squidoo Cash Machine these products become my store, I use them, like them, I know they are good products and therefore I sell them. So, I must give a good customer service to people who buy these products from me.
Am I responsible for the customer service even if I am not the “owner” of the product? Yes, I am, because I sell the product, therefore I have a part of responsibilities, and of course the owner has too.
Don’t fall in the trap of giving good customer service only before the sale. You must give customer service after the sale and therefore grow you internet marketing business.
